What this site supports
The site is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-visible focus, a skip link, alternative text for meaningful images, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences in mind.
Documents and tools
Heart Story, the pregnancy-history tool, Midlife Check, results timeline, follow-up notes and online worksheets are designed for keyboard navigation and use visible text labels. You can review and edit your answers before printing, saving a PDF through your device’s print options, or downloading a text copy. The tools are educational and do not require an account.
Prefer paper? Start with the one-page Heart Story worksheet. The Resources page has optional pregnancy, NICU and symptom worksheets. Completed online summaries may use more pages, depending on how much you write.
The newsletter signup opens on MailerLite’s website. If that form or another part of the site is difficult to use, please let us know.
