HEART RESERVE is an educational website. It does not provide a patient portal, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not ask you to submit symptoms, test results, or other personal health information.

Answers entered into the Heart Reserve Baseline and the “At 80, I Want” builder remain in your current browser tab. They are not submitted to Lisa or intentionally stored by this website. Closing or refreshing the page may clear them.
Email links
Professional-inquiry links open your own email service. Email is not a secure channel for medical information. Please do not send symptoms, test results, or other personal health information.

Like most websites, the services that host and deliver this site may process basic connection information needed for security and reliable operation, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, and request time. Their handling of that information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
